We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Though we can not take payments, for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
We now accept CareCredit!
Because we do not schedule appointments our waiting area can get somewhat congested.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
We understand that not all dogs and cats are excited to come to the vet. In emergency situations when a pet is painful and scared they are more prone to bite even if they never have in the past.
We will do all that we can to respectfully and gently handle our patients. However, any pet that is exhibiting pain or aggressive behavior will be required to wear a soft muzzle and/or have chemical sedation in order to give your pet the care they need, as well as keep our staff and our clients safe.
In order for us to provide your pet with the most thorough and comprehensive care we do not allow extended visitations or overnight stays.
We do however allow and welcome limited visitations (15-30 minutes) between the hours of 9am and 11pm which can be arranged by calling 417-782-9611.
